Terms of Service

1. The seller
The service "PSW Success AI" is provided by Soaad Ayanleh("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you are entering into an agreement with Soaad Ayanleh.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
3. The service
PSW Success AI provides AI-assisted career tools for Personal Support Workers and related Canadian healthcare roles, including a resume and cover letter builder, practice exams, an interview coach, a healthcare English module, and a career assistant. Features and limits vary by plan.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service unlawfully or for fraud or spam.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
- Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- Use AI outputs to produce illegal content, harassment, deepfakes, or content that misrepresents your qualifications.
You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying AI outputs (which may be inaccurate or incomplete), and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. AI outputs are not medical, legal, immigration, or professional advice.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service, including software, models, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain ownership of content you create, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
7. Payment and subscription terms
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handles customer service inquiries related to payment, and processes any approved refunds. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law — see our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability and disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Ontario, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
